Open repetition VHA Mass Choir

Sitting still and not singing along seems almost impossible at a VHA Mass Choir performance – but you certainly don’t have to! We’d love to invite everyone to clap along, move to the music and, above all, sing along! Well-known, rousing songs such as “With A Little Help From My Friend” and “We Shall Overcome” are sure to feature during this performance! But we’ll also be performing more subdued songs such as “Stand By Me”, “Needed Time” and “You’ve Got A Friend”.

The Vocal Harmony Academy Mass Choir is a merger of three choirs from the Vocal Harmony Academy (VHA) in Dordrecht. There’s nothing quite like singing soul, gospel and blues with a large group of energetic singers. The VHA Mass Choir is under the inspiring leadership of conductor and vocal coach Trea Kuijsten and is accompanied by the well-known Dordrecht pianist and Hammond organist Govert van der Kolm.

Join in with the open rehearsal and come along fully prepared to sing in the parade on September 26. It’s free to take part.
