The second edition of Festival Voor de Vloed grew in size and reach. New programme elements, more neighbourhood involvement and a larger audience made 2024 a milestone for the festival.
In September 2024, the second edition of Festival Voor de Vloed took place in Dordrecht. The festival grew in reach and depth: alongside the proven street programme, new participation projects were added in Dordrecht's neighbourhoods.
Highlights of 2024
The Parade on Het Hof brought hundreds of participants together. Artists from Dordrecht and the surrounding area created work in progress around the theme of water and vulnerability. The Kookkaravaan (cooking caravan) travelled through five neighbourhoods.
