What do you do when the water rises and you’re all stuck together on the last patch of dry land? In Natte Voeten (Wet Feet)\, emotions run high. A magical love song\, flaring jealousy\, unexpected confessions and a sudden flood make for a comical adventure. Because when the going gets tough\, it turns out we need each other more than ever.
Natte Voeten is an accessible\, contemporary adaptation of Jacques Offenbach’s comic opera La Chanson de Fortunio. In this version\, the story is set in a house in Dordrecht\, where five residents are taking shelter together from an impending flood. The production features a young\, talented cast of singing students and a saxophone quartet from Codarts University of the Arts.
